Added Features

Generation: Implemented simple town generation with a merchant in each house (press L to regenerate).

Art: Added trees and saplings to map, walls and floor tiles, merchant sprites.

Visual: Implemented units outline and occlusion outline.

UI: Added "talk" cursor, inventory screen (hotkey : I).
